What is NEET Cut-off?

NEET cut-off is the minimum marks that a candidate must score to qualify for admission to medical and dental colleges across India. The cut-off is determined by the National Testing Agency (NTA) and varies every year. The cut-off marks are based on various factors, such as the difficulty level of the exam, the number of candidates who appeared for the exam, and the availability of seats.

Factors Affecting NEET Cut-off

Number of Applicants - The cut-off marks for NEET are affected by the number of applicants who appear for the exam. If the number of applicants is high, the cut-off marks are likely to be higher as well.

Difficulty Level of the Exam - The cut-off marks are also affected by the difficulty level of the exam. If the exam is tougher than usual, the cut-off marks are likely to be lower.

Availability of Seats - The cut-off marks for NEET are also determined by the number of seats available in medical and dental colleges across India.

Previous Year's Cut-Off - The previous year's cut-off marks can also influence the current year's cut-off.
