 Agar aap NEET ki taiyari kar rahe hain toh aapko pata hoga ki yeh ek bahut hi stressful aur competitive exam hai. Is exam ke liye preparation karte waqt stress aana aam baat hai. Lekin, iss exam ke liye tayyar hone ke dauran stress ko manage karna bahut hi zaroori hai. NEET ki taiyari ke dauran, aapko apne body ko sufficient rest dena bahut hi zaroori hai. Din bhar mein busy rehne ke baad raat mein 7-8 ghante ki neend lein. Neend poori na hone se aapka stress level badh sakta hai aur concentration level bhi kam ho sakta hai.


Social Support:

NEET ki taiyari ke dauran, aapko social support bhi zaroori hai. Apne friends aur family ke saath quality time spend karein. Aap unse apni problems aur stress share kar sakte hain. Unka support aapko motivate karega aur aapka stress level bhi kam hoga.


Positive Attitude:
